Job Description
Develop advanced algorithms for future wireline connectivity and optical transceivers
Implement high-level DSP algorithms in Matlab, Verilog, and C/C++ simulation platforms and perform design trade-off and optimization in terms of performance, complexity, and power consumption
Collaborate with ASIC, and Analog-Mixed Signal design teams from different sites worldwide and provide a full support for fixed-point design, pre- and post-silicon verifications in the product development
Conducting future advanced research and development activities in wireline and optical communication areas.
Requirement
Must have strong theoretical analysis skills and be capable of designing complex algorithms in communication systems
MS or above with a major in EE or Physics related field.
Research with publications or industry design experience in wireline and optical systems is preferred
Sufficient physical layer simulation experience in communication systems
Must be proficient in Matlab, Verilog, C/C++ for algorithm design, integration, and verification
Familiar with wireline communication specifications, impairments modelling, and compensation is a plus
Strong communication skills, team-player and good working attitude
Salary range: $145,000 - $220,000

Here's What You'll Do:

The Position:
The Facility Manager AM (FM/AM) will work with unaccompanied children (UC) in a residential program setting. As a member of the ORR Team, the FM/AM is vital in setting the tone, direction and priorities of the residents by utilizing a Trauma-Informed Approach. EXAMINATION PROCESS:
