Due to the severity of youth's mental health issues in their program the use of physical restraints and/or seclusion are necessary at time. *Exact pay rate is commensurate with position and education. Qualifications Requirements: Must have a High School Diploma or GED, be at least 21 years of age, and a valid Illinois driver's license. MHP qualified and previous experience in 24/7 care preferred. Require to work 6 shifts (or transports) per month on a rotating call list.
