Major Duties and Responsibilities Provide support to recipients for improving teacher/child interactions as described by the Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS) for center-based Head Start preschool programs, as well as other measures suitable for programs that serve children aged birth to five or those in family childcare centers. Assist recipients in developing the skills and procedures necessary to understand and utilize data obtained from multiple sources, including data from ongoing child assessments. Support recipients in developing and implementing family engagement practices that support infant and toddler development as well as parent-child relationships as described in the Framework for Parent, Family, and Community Engagement (PFCE). Enhance transition practices in the birth-to-five period, including fostering relationships with parents, families, local preschools, elementary schools, and other stakeholders. Improve collaboration between recipients and Local Education Agencies (LEA), state agencies, and other partners. Ensure the integration of TTA across service areas is coordinated with Grantees, Family Engagement, and Health Specialists. Inform Regional Office staff of progress toward quality improvement and corrective actions. Take part in national, regional, and state work groups. Education & Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution. CLASS TOT certified (Required). Must have completed coursework specific to infants and toddlers. Evidence of continuous learning within the last 3-5 years, such as courses, conferences, seminars, or relevant work experiences. Minimum 5 years of experience in programs for young children ranging from birth to five years in age. Experience developing and/or implementing school readiness goals and plans and management systems for early childhood programs. Capable of leading group discussions and presenting to a variety of audiences in a variety of formats, including virtual formats. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Experience in staff supervision and professional development. Excellent business writing skills and attention to detail; impeccable command of English grammar and the ability to communicate with key stakeholders and external partners.
