We are looking for K12 Teachers, if you're interested in starting in August, in the Minneapolis-Saint Paul Metropolitan Area. Building substitute teacher roles are perfect for those who want exposure to multiple classrooms at the same school.
As a K12 Teacher you will support children in the classroom and gain exposure to schools and invaluable experience.
In this role, you will be able to grow your experience and relationships with multiple schools and gain exposure to a broad range of teaching styles and behavior management principles. This role comes with a competitive daily rate between $180 - $210 per day, paid weekly. With this role, there is no requirement to work weekends, and will be on a flexible schedule within a Monday to Friday week, within hours of 7:30 - 3:00/4:30 pm. This position is for the 2024-2025 school year.

Experience:
At least 1-year experience working with children in any structured setting (e.g., school, daycare, volunteer program)
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification (upskilling options provided on a case-by-case basis for candidates without the standard educational background)
Experience working in special education settings or familiarity with IEPs
Experience as a Behavioral Technician or PCA is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $18 - $22 per hour, paid weekly
Schedule: Part-time, flexible schedule between 7:30 am and 3:00/4:30 pm (Monday to Friday, no weekend work)
