This role should work with the manager to understand the timing of the engagement, ensure that required servicing data is available or, if such data is not available, that the manager is aware of the status to ensure that all necessary information has been acquired so the review to begin. If problems are identified, this role should notify the manager to remedy any issues. This role will assist in reviewing and implementing all investor and regulatory guidelines communicated and determine which communications impact the department and make any necessary revisions to scripts as needed.
