Qualifications Demonstrated experience with hands-on food concept development, formulation, and laboratory and/or pilot plant equipment. Ability to use basic formulation and laboratory skills (e.g., analytical balance) to create food and beverage products such as sports nutrition, weight management, healthy snacking, and instant drinks. Strong understanding of food science, ingredient interactions, and the ability to apply this knowledge to solve formulation challenges with new ingredients in food and beverage products. Ability to respond quickly to new and challenging formulation projects. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows-based programs. Effective time management, personal conduct, and change management abilities.
