Scan sealed containers with batch / barcode information. Label/sticker the sealed/scanned containers appropriately. Load case-pack containers with specific target quantities of finished product. Follow defined procedures for cleaning and maintenance of equipment and work area Maintain production documentation Includes maintaining a production log – recording of task start/end times, temperature and humidity readings from equipment, quantities produced, and noting any deviations from expected process. Perform all processing steps (batching, mixing, milling, drying, calcination, etc.) required to formulate / process dielectric powders both at the laboratory bench and Pilot scales. Preform MLCC and LTCC fabrication (batching, tape casting, screen printing, lamination, dicing, firing, tumbling, termination, etc.) as needed. Perform required basic characterization of dielectric powders and fired samples (disks, MLCCs, LTCCs, k-squares) using quality control analytical and ECM electrical test lab equipment. Record experimental results and observation notes with high degree of accuracy and organization. Compile experimental results in Excel files in computer and send the files to scientists and engineers for analysis. Participate in technical discussions with scientists and engineers. Interact daily with the R&D team and frequently with the Operations team. Perform other related duties as assigned. Our client is seeking Full-Time Clinical Lab Technologists for their Chemistry Lab! Full time - Alternate Weekends 11:30 pm- 8:00 am 10% night shift differential!! Perform routine and emergency tests on blood and other body fluids using a variety of automated and manual instrumentation promptly. Maintain equipment and records according to department procedures and regulatory agencies guidelines in the areas of QA and QC. Use independent judgment to solve technical and procedural problems.
