Job Summary
This individual will be responsible for supporting the Executive Chef in overseeing kitchen operations while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment for the staff. You will prepare or direct the preparation of meals in accordance with corporate programs and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:

* Culinary arts courses or the equivalent experience.
* Requires a culinary education or a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a casual full service restaurant or establishment.
* You will work in an environment where smoking is allowed.
* Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live's operating standards.
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to stand for long periods of time without sitting or leaning.
* Ability to bend, stoop and reach while carrying food product, equipment, trash/waste weighing up to 50 pounds.
* Ability to lift, carry, deliver food items weighing up to 50 pounds throughout a scheduled shift.
* Ability to work around 500 degree ovens and work within 40 degree walk-in refrigerators.
* Ability to stand and walk continually throughout a 10 hr. shift.
