Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting with the culinary preparation for all a la carte dining rooms, banquets and other events both on and off site.
Monitor all facilities/stations that are located in the kitchen including Dish Pantry.
Supervise entire staff in accordance with chain of command.
Be responsible for the kitchen set-up and service for the day/evening production.
