Pay Rate $17.00-$25.00 per hour based on experience Schedule and Hours
Dining car- Friday and Saturday only 12:00pm- 10:00pm or 11:00pm (will be Thursday-Sunday in peak season) Tea Room- Thursday- Sunday 8:30am-3:30pm Experienced Chef Duties and Responsibilities
Menu planning: Developing menus and daily specials
Food preparation: Creating recipes, preparing and cooking dishes, and tasting dishes before they go to customers

Food safety: Maintaining food safety standards and ensuring compliance with health codes and regulations
Inventory management: Managing food costs and inventory, and restocking food produce as needed

POSITION SUMMARY
This position works under the Dining Service Director and supports all activities related to the Dining department and the dining room.
