Job Summary

🎯 What You'll Do in This Role:
As a Lead Cook , you'll deliver exceptional culinary experiences for our residents and their guests. You'll craft wholesome, delicious meals in our scratch kitchens for older adults, bringing smiles to their faces through your food.
Primary Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of nutritious meals for residents
Collaborate with our team to create healthy and flavorful dishes
Cater to special dietary requirements and restrictions
Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
Inspect and ensure that all side jobs and cleaning duties are performed and completed as scheduled in accordance with established policy and procedures
Assist with inventory and stock
Assist in food preparation and set up for special meals, parties and events.
✅ What You'll Need:
Five (5) years of short order cook experience in a restaurant, café, food service kitchen or other related environment required.
Culinary Education, preferred
ServSafe Certification, preferred
Allergan Certification, preferred
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
HS Diploma/ GED required
Ability to participate in frequent stooping and bending, lifting up to fifty (50) pounds
