There really weren’t any.
In my experience the cons of working at Chartiers Center were the lack of accountability by senior management, refusal to change with the times, power trips by the Chief Clinical Officer, an Assistant Clinical Officer who didn’t hold any clinical degree or clinical experience, extremely toxic work environment, HR department that was sided with management 100%, fraudulent business practices, and a dedication to making money, not helping clients first.
