Castle Senior Living Hospice is looking for an experienced and passionate PRN Spiritual Counselor-Bereavement Coordinator. This individual will encompass all that Hospice is about by leading the spiritual counseling, bereavement and chaplain aspects of the care that is provided to the patients that CSL Hospice serves. As the Spiritual Counselor-Bereavement Coordinator you will be a key to the leadership role - providing support, recognition, information and advocacy for patients, families and staff. This individual will be Part-time/PRN (per Diem). Hours will be based on needs of clients outlined by Hospice Executive Director and/or Hospice Director of Nursing.
