We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychiatric Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our outpatient community mental health center. Under the direction of the Medical Director, the CNA will provide comprehensive care and support to children and adults receiving outpatient psychiatric services.
FUNCTIONS:
Assist in the implementation of care plans for people with mental health diagnoses.
Take vital signs and make note of any changes.
Observe and report any changes in a patient's condition, such as skin color, mental status, or behavior.
Ensure client areas are clean, organized, and safe.
Immediately alert medical staff if a client appears to be at risk of harming themselves or others.
