The Patient Care Technician is a entry-level position. The position exists to provide observation for the patient who requires close continuous observation for protection from harm. This position is an integral part of the urgent care team and requires the ability to work effectively with Providers and ancillary staff to deliver high quality, compassionate patient care. Under direct supervision of the provider, or LPN/RN, will be responsible for assisting with patient assessment, care, and education of patients in the urgent care/occupational health setting.
