Able to read, understand and follow individual patient care plans
Able to obtain and record resident's temperature, pulse, respiration, weight, intake/output, and assist with specimen collection (urinalysis, etc.)
Able to meet health, compliance and competency requirements
Able to learn quickly and work effectively with a wide range of constituencies and minimal supervision
Experience completing medication logs to accepted industry standards
Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
TB Clearance
Must have experience with mental health patients
Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
Pass each healthcare competency exam and/or skills lab including managing or defusing assaultive behavior training program or similar courses
Ability to adapt to changes in the external environment and organization.
Ability to write routine correspondence, including logs and reports.
Current, valid Driver's License with a reliable vehicle
Detail-oriented with effective time management, organizational, written, verbal, and computer skills
Knowledge of infection control procedures, including proper handwashing techniques, contact with blood spills, and standard precautions

Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) actively incorporate our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care. You would develop awareness of residents interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs, to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.
Full time PM shift. Sunday-Thursday
Pay Range $20.25 to $22.75 + shift diffs
To be successful in the role, you would have:
Certified Nursing Assistant certificate or currently enrolled in program
Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred
