Hours of operation: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm. Service accomplishments for 2019-20: Telephone counseling services are provided by CHCR Staff via telephone hotline and in-person counseling services are delivered by CHCR Staff and Volunteer Counselors at the CHCR office and at many community locations in Los Angeles County. CHCR delivered Medicare counseling services to a substantial collection of individuals living in Los Angeles County.Center for Health Care Rights provides various other services to aid in access to quality health care through information, education, counseling, advocacy, and research projects.
