Responsibilities: + Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant + Train and mentor team members to ensure they deliver exceptional service to our guests + Manage inventory and ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality standards + Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls + Provide leadership and direction to the team to achieve sales targets + Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally + Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment + Collaborate with the management team to determine and successfully implement operational improvements Requirements: + At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role + Proven ability to lead and motivate a team + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Exceptional problem-solving abilities + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously + Understanding of food safety regulations and proven methods + Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required This position offers a robust benefits package, Health Savings Account (HSA), Short & Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, Legal Plan, Pet Insurance, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), 401(K) Plan + Company Match, Paid Time Off, Employee Resource Group(s), Tuition Reimbursement program through Colorado Technical University, and much, much more!
