Full pay package also includes other accessorial compensation to include tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay as appropriate. Including both mileage pay and all other accessorial pay, full-time drivers on this fleet can make $1,100 - $1,800 per week ($57,200 - $93,600 per year) depending on experience, routes, regular attendance and length of service.
Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $.68-$.72 per mile, depending on experience.

Role Statement
To drive delivery truck with the capacity of 3 or more tons to transport materials to and from specified destinations. Deliveries are to be done safely and within the State and Federal guidelines.

VCT currently looking for safe and reliable Class A CDL truck drivers for our night shift fleet in the Spokane, WA area. This team member is responsible for primarily hauling wood residuals from Eastern Washington and North Idaho to various mill sites in the area.
Scope of Work:
Safely and efficiently transport wood residuals from Eastern Washington and North Idaho area to and from various mills in the area. At all customer sites the team member will be required to wear the appropriate PPE attire and follow ALL site rules while onsite. The team member will back onto a tipper and unhook the trailer from the tractor. Once empty, the VCT team member will connect the tractor and trailer, scale out and depart the landfill/mill site for the next dispatched location. ALL dispatch is done via company radio. The items listed above are not all inclusive and are subject to change.
Responsibilities:
Perform DOT inspections to ensure that the equipment is safe to operate. Report any defects to the appropriate department.
Follow direction from dispatch.
Comply with ALL DOT regulations. (i.e., weight restrictions, rest breaks, etc.)
Report any violations or citations immediately.

FINANCIAL PACKAGE
Weekly Pay: full-time drivers on this fleet can make $1,100 - $1,800 per week
Annual Pay: full-time drivers on this fleet can make $57,200 - $93,600 per year
**Depending on experience, routes, regular attendance, and length of service.
Full pay package also includes other accessorial compensation to include tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay as appropriate. Including both mileage pay and all other accessorial pay, full-time drivers on this fleet can make $1,100 - $1,800 per week ($57,200 - $93,600 per year) depending on experience, routes, regular attendance and length of service.
Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $.68-$.72 per mile, depending on experience.
Changing jobs is never easy - that's why our transition package invests in you. We offer a $1,800 Transition Package; $1000 of which is allotted for orientation for your first 2 weeks so you can focus on driving while we take care of the rest.

Home Time: Off most weekends for a 34-hour reset

HOW TO GET HIRED !!
HIRING QUALIFICATIONS:
Required: Must have a valid Class A CDL
Required: Must be 21 years of age or older
Required: 4+ months of driving experience required
Required: A safe driving record on the road
Required: No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
Prefer 1-year truck driving experience, but not necessary
Required: A Background Check is required
Required: A Clean Drug Test is required
Required: A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
Required: For all flatbed driver opportunities, the driver must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice. System Transport will test this during orientation, and flatbed drivers tarp about 70% of our loads. (this is required)
