Report extra hours of service to the GM or the DOT Compliance Manager.
Report any requests that put the driver in violation with a FMCSA rule or regulation to the supervisor for clarification prior to performing the duty.
Perform and document inspections.
Contact the DOT Compliance Manager to resolve outstanding issues.
Ensure trailers and tractors are adequately fueled and fuel levels are consistently maintained on equipment used at the WHS or shuttle site.
Completely fill any trailers that need fuel before they are loaded at the WHS or before they are delivered to the domicile site.
Report any instances of low or no fuel at the beginning of the shift to the supervisor.
Track fuel receipts and report amounts to the designated person after each fuel occurrence.
Ensure tractors and trailers are brought in for service:
