CDK Global CEO and Leadership

Brian Matthew Krzanich (born May 9, 1960) is an American engineer and businessman currently serving as the chief executive officer of CDK Global. Krzanich joined Intel as an engineer in 1982 and served as chief operating officer (COO) before being promoted to CEO. As CEO, Krzanich was credited for diversifying Intel's product offerings and workforce. However, during Krzanich's term as CEO, Intel went through major restructurings and pulled out of the mobile chip market. Because of Krzanich's decisions, Intel also struggled to produce 10-nanometer chips, compared to chip manufacturers TSMC and Samsung, resulting in numerous delays and a loss of market share in the computer chip business to rivals like AMD.

Amy Byrne is an Exec VP/Chief Human Resources Ofcr at CDK Global Global Holdings LLC. She works or has worked at Avon Products Inc. Amy attended University of Chicago and University of Illinois.

Eric has robust financial knowledge in governing high-volume global corporate accounting and reporting functions. Prior to CDK, Eric served as division vice president and sector CFO of Corning Glass Technologies, where he provided financial leadership, managed activities of a $5 billion revenue segment and led a global team of 175 employees.

He also previously served as vice president Finance and CFO-Aftermarket Services and Solutions at Flowserve, where he directed financial operations for the global $1.5 billion services and solutions division and the $2 billion aftermarket business. Throughout his career, he held positions at Novartis AG, Johnson & Johnson Corporation and AstraZeneca.

Eric holds a bachelor’s degree from the College of Staten Island and earned a Master of Business Administration degree from St. John’s University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA).

Joe Tautges is an Exec VP/COO at CDK Global and is based in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. He has worked as Global Chief Operating Officer - AonHewitt Consulting at AON PLC, CFO:Enterprise Services at HEWLETT PACKARD ENTERPRISE, and EVP and CFO at CDK Global. Joe works or has worked as Principal Accounting Officer at Hewitt Assoc. and Auditor at Arthur Andersen LLP. He studied at Northern Illinois University between 1993 and 1997.

He has worked as Senior VP & Gen Mgr:Application Svcs at DXC Technology, IBM - Senior Consultant - Technology at IBM Services, and VP:Acquisition & Divestiture at HEWLETT PACKARD ENTERPRISE. Mahesh works or has worked as Chief Information Officer at HEWLETT PACKARD ENTERPRISE. He attended KELLOGG SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT between 2011 and 2013, Concordia between 1994 and 1998, and Northwestern University.
