The mission
The management, the lack of respect, the lack of care for a healthy working environment, the lack of acknowledgement of burnout There is too much and too little staff, so everyone is expected to wear multiple hats and serve in different roles. No clearly defined roles or compensation strategy, total lack of awareness.
Pay is horrific, medical is ok-ish, PTO is a joke.
