There is a big division between management and employees. Frequent re organization results in eliminating jobs.

On occasion well known Christian artists come and perform.

Glad the CEO was replaced. Newer CEO is much better.

Management constantly tells everyone what a great place it is to work. Just let the culture speak for itself rather than pushing it all the time.
