This program is located in Parma, Ohio. Establish departmental procedures and oversee implementation of same.* Determine required staffing patterns and schedule employees according to menu and special events and staff qualifications.* Ensure menus are approved by a licensed dietitian to plan menus which comply with state licensing requirements.
