Show all customers how EASY and fast card payment laundry can be.· Help and coach customers on how much soap, bleach and fabric softener they should use. · The stainless-steel dryers are to be wiped down regularly with the special supplied stainless-steel cleaner. · Every customer is to be thanked as they leave regardless of if you're helping them or not. · The parking lot is to be checked throughout the day to ensure that there is no debris.· Attitude is everything - smile and get to know the customers. · Pay extra attention to children. · ASK your customers what they would like in the store to improve their experience.
