The Sales Associate AKA Sales Customer Experience Managers at Lexus of Lehigh Valley works in partnership with the Technology Specialist to assist the customer with the car buying process. The SCEM is the primary point of contact for the customer throughout their buying journey and plays a vital role in ensuring all customers have an enjoyable and easy car buying experience.
