Job Responsibilities/ Requirements Understand and follow Cashier/Rental Agent processes and procedures Perform clerical duties such as typing, data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing, and make outbound calls Receive visitors and obtain name and nature of business Direct clients to lounge and refer clients to appropriate team members for vehicle status updates Diffuse client concerns and direct them to the appropriate team member for assistance Receive and account for all incoming money for services rendered from all departments (i.e. credit card transactions, cash, checks, etc.) and balance to daily business reports Keep daily inventory of rental vehicles, as well as, assigning rentals to incoming clients Must possess a valid drivers license and have a clean driving record Hours Schedule will rotate between employees. Shift hours are 8-10 hours no more than 40 hours a week; Monday through Saturday 7am-7pm. Compensation Compensation is based on experience. Experience High School diploma or GED; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; basic cash handling knowledge. Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
