Responsibilities ● Maintain outstanding customer service standards, possess solid product knowledge, greet and acknowledge every customer, and address any and all concerns by the customer at POS. ● Reinforce a rewarding customer experience. ● Complete all sales transactions accurately and efficiently, while maintaining all cash accountabilities at registers. ● Assist in various store operations, including floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, cleaning duties when necessary, and returning products to inventory as needed. ● Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock. ● Be flexible to occasionally perform work outside your specific role. Requirements ● Minimum of 1-2 years of retail experience. ● High school diploma or equivalent. ● Strong verbal and written communication skills. ● Ability to process information or merchandise through the computer system and POS register system. ● Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
