Build Crate: Determine the required crate size by measuring largest pieces and estimating the overall dimensions of crate
Select lumber needed and cut to size. Assemble crate, add parts to crate ensuring proper fit
Take pictures of the parts on the order prior to loading crate, and take pictures as each layer is created in the crate
Secure the parts in the crate by blocking and bracing parts to prevent shifting during transit. Ensure lighter weight parts are on top
Use rust inhibitor for metal parts that are not painted and protect parts that have delicate surfaces
Operate forklift to move crates and stock lumber or other supplies in the carpenter shop

In addition to carpenter tasks, our budding night construction department is a fully capable and operational facilities maintenance team, able to handle projects small and large, utilizing existing team members and subcontractors. Basic Qualifications
10+ years of relevant experience in the construction industry, focus in custom commercial preferred.
