Day to Day Job Responsibilities: Assist full time carpenters with building maintenance projects including but not limited to painting, patching, plumbing, carpentry, moving of furniture, etc. Serve as on duty carpenter during evening concerts and events. Assist in setup and breakdown of all events. This includes but is not limited to moving/stacking tables, chairs. Assists in keeping all storage areas and carpentry shop are kept clean and orderly. Takes part in building walks with Sr. Operations Manager and Maintenance Foreman to identify and prioritize maintenance projects.
