Responsibilities: Complete service requests and warranty work for clients as directed by supervisors and project managers Cultivate and maintain great relationships with building facilities personnel and tenants Build, repair or install door frames, doors, cabinets, paneling, millwork, furniture, hardware etc. using hand and power tools Study specifications in blueprints, sketches or building plans to prepare project layout and determine dimensions and materials required Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
