* The employee must be able to perform some finish carpenter work such as frame metal stud walls, hang sheetrock, dry wall, install doors and hardware, and install paneling, suspended ceilings, toilet partitions and other related office furnishings under supervision.
* In addition to being able to smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete, such as floors, walks, sidewalks, roads, or curbs using a variety of hand and power tools under supervision..
* Identify, recognize and demonstrate safe usage of power tools and hand tools appropriate for the job.
* Select and safely use appropriate equipment which may include (but not limited to) manlifts, fork lifts, and company trucks.
* Willing to learn application of various coatings including paints and varnishes.
* Demonstrate ability to correctly install the following:
* Doors
* Door Jambs
* Windows
* Trim
* Suspended Ceilings
* Paneling
* Drywall
* Stairs
* The employee must participate in safety meetings, safety programs and in the quality process.
* The employee must clean the work area at the end of the day or at the completion of each job.
