Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Repair buildings, structures, signs, furniture, and miscellaneous items to ensure a safe and efficient operation.

Skills and Qualifications:
Must have at least 2 years of related experience and be able to work well in a team environment.
Applicant must have strong knowledge of rough and finish carpentry as well as drywall installation. Must have the ability to use these skills with pre-established guidelines to ensure the safe and efficient condition of all buildings, ride/slide structures, signs, and other park facilities.
Will be required to work various shifts as project and park needs dictate, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Must be able to troubleshoot clearly, calmly and safely in the presence of guests, co-workers and park management in a fast-paced environment.
Must possess a valid drivers license.
Computer literacy. Strong knowledge of all Microsoft applications.
Must have tools and equipment to perform required duties and skills as defined above.

Position Summary:
We are a leading nationwide millwork and fixture installation company actively pursuing motivated finish carpenters and fixture installers that are able to work in a diverse range of projects performing fixture, casework, and millwork installations in commercial and retail environments. Candidate must have working knowledge of the properties of wood and other building materials, a strong understanding of standard and finish carpentry operations and methods, familiarity with plan reading, the ability to problem solve and a willingness to learn new skills. This position works independently with minimal direction and embodies our client first and safety conscience culture. This is a TRAVELING position as we work in 50 States.

Requirements
Responsibilities & Duties:
· Complete onsite millwork, cabinet and countertop, retail fixture, graphic, and décor installs in retail and commercial environments

· Submit paperwork: time sheets, expense reports, daily reports as required
· Ability to Lead projects is a plus and offers additional compensation
Required Skills
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or in a group environment
· Working knowledge of woodworking hand and power tools
· Working knowledge of architectural and shop drawings
· Working knowledge of plumb, level and square
· Proficient use of a laser level
· Able to professionally interact with clients
· Able to install cabinets and counters
· Able to install running trim: base, chair rail, door and window casing, crown molding
· Must be able to
Scribe
trims and fillers as necessary
· Able to install wall panel systems
· Introduced to solid surface installs with experience completing seams
· Must have a strong commitment to job site safety including maintaining a clean jobsite at all times
Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: 5+ Year's finish carpentry preferred
Certification(s): Osha 10 or 30, Forklift Certification, Aerial Lift Certification (company will provide as needed)
Technology: Able to download and use Apps on phone or other mobile devices; able to make electronic submissions through company intranet
Physical Demands:
· Walk and stand for long periods of time
· Ability to climb ladders, work from an aerial lift
· Frequent bending, kneeling, twisting, squatting, and crawling
· Work with materials over your head for short periods of time
· Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more
Conditions of Employment:
· Must be able to pass a DRUG SCREENING and PERSONAL BACKGROUND CHECK
· Must be able to pass an MVR (motor vehicle report) screening for approved driving status
· Must be able to complete a Company Sponsored CPR/First Aid Training course online
· Must be able to work overtime as needed (typical work week is 40 to 60 hours)
· If hired as a traveling carpenter, must be able to travel up to 100% of the time without return trip homes for durations up to 3 to 6 weeks
· Must provide own cordless drill and hand tools

Renovation Carpenter
Carpenter Job In Timonium, MD
The Renovation Carpenter will use trade skills to perform Kitchen and Bath remodeling work throughout the company. Reports to the Renovation Supervisor.
Duties and Responsibilities: (include but not limited to)
Demolition of cabinetry, countertops, flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, showers, drywall, framing etc.
Minor framing such as doorways, installing load bearing beams, removing, or building walls.
Plumbing such as installing toilets, faucets, water lines, showers, and tubs.
Electrical such as installing light fixtures, connecting appliances, low voltage lighting, replacing receptacles and switches.
Drywall repairs, installation and making ready for paint.
All levels of trim/millwork installation including pre-finished moldings, crown, base, and doors.
Installation of all types of cabinetries, cabinet hardware, and countertops.
Installation of shower products such as waterproofing, backer board, and finished tub/shower tile walls.
Complies with company policies, procedures, safety protocols, Fair Housing and other applicable laws and regulations.
Contributes to the spirit of teamwork at both the property and company levels.
Works as part of cohesive renovation team and as a maintenance team member, as needed.
Assists in keeping the maintenance/renovation shops neat and organized daily.
Attentive and cautious with regards to the overall security of properties, keeping all keys, in your possession, not to be handed to unauthorized person, including contractors, and properly securing keys on-site after shift.
Responsible for bringing tools necessary to complete all jobs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
General Residential Construction Experience including any of the following:
Framing
Installation of windows and doors
Working knowledge of basic residential plumbing and electrical
Drywall repair, installation, and finishing.
Flooring and wall tile installation
Appliance installation
Thorough understanding of the correct and safe operation of all related tools and equipment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to take accurate measurements and calculations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Must provide current contact information such as phone number and email address.
Will be required to work at various locations/properties within the company.
Requirements:
Experience with renovations of kitchens and baths, including ceramic tile.
Must be able to work in and on overhead structures, as well as below machinery.
Must be able to stand, climb, bend, and kneel for prolonged periods.
Must be able to lift fifty pounds at a time.
Must be able to safely work with sharp tools or power equipment.
Must have manual dexterity, a good sense of balance, and excellent hand-eye coordination.
Valid Driver's License, personal vehicle, good driving records and insurance required.
