The Maintenance & Operations unit of Facilities Development & Operations provides services to a University campus spread across five sites comprised of +170 acres, 52 buildings, and more than six million gross square feet. The Carpenter Shop is one of seven skilled trades shops within Maintenance & Operations and is comprised of a lead carpenter plus three journey-level carpenters and may be assisted by staff in the Facility Worker Shop.
