RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Setup trailers B. Build decks, stairs, roofs and other temporary structures between office units, plan tables, install shelves, setup tool trailers and/or conex's, silt fences and/or straw bales, setup site per erosion control plan C. Hand-set forms and/or assemble the gang forms D. Assist journeyman and foreman with the shooting of grades and elevation E. Unload, handle, stockpile, and erect of all pre-fabricated materials F. Concrete and rough carpentry 1. Hand set Walls 2. Footings 3. Set Gang Wall Forms 4. Structural Concrete Decks 5. Drywall 6. Finish Carpentry, doors, frames, and hardware 7. Millwork and cabinetry G. Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels H. All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

What will I be doing?
A Carpenter/Locksmith constructs, inspects, measures, repairs, maintains and dismantles structures, furniture, framework and other related item such as doors, folding walls, windows, and hardware to ensure a safe, attractive and well-maintained facility. This position also assists in the installation, maintenance, inspection and repair on mechanical and electronic keys. Repairs various types of mechanical locks in wood or metal doors or on furniture and equipment. Assists department in fulfilling other roles as needed.

**Responsibilities**
