Removing soiled clothes from residents/resident room and placing items in appropriate bin in cart to be taken to laundry room by end of shift or as needed. Washing, drying and folding laundry as needed. Then assisting residents with putting clothing away. 16. Maintaining cleanliness of Resident and linen closets. 17. Encourage resident participation in daily activities and transport them to activity as needed. 18. Demonstrate courtesy in all interactions with residents, visitors, colleagues and supervisors. 19. Ensure residents' privacy is protected at all times. Knock on doors, announce yourself and ask if ok to enter. 20. Ensure that Residents always have a clean washcloth and hand towel in their bathrooms at all times. 21. Use universal precautions when caring for residents, their possessions and their private space. 22. Document pertinent resident information in progress notes accurately, timely and professionally. 23. ATTEND MANDATORY IN-SERVICE MEETINGS and required trainings. 24.
