Chris Corrado is Senior Vice President of Technology Solutions, Governance and Asurion Mobile Applications for Asurion. Prior to joining Asurion in 2005, Mr. Corrado was the Chief Technology Officer at eBay. Prior to working at eBay, Mr. Corrado was with AT&T Wireless, where he was Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President. While at AT&T Wireless, he oversaw the alignment of the company’s technical infrastructure with its business strategy. Prior to joining AT&T Wireless, Mr. Corrado was the head of the Security Solutions Practice at Wipro Technologies. In addition, he held CIO and CTO positions domestically and abroad at three marquee investment banks; Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, and Morgan Stanley. Mr. Corrado helped Merrill Lynch manage through the 9/11 tragedy, restoring their capital markets businesses. Mr. Corrado started his career at IBM.

Across a spectrum of industries - including financial services, big data, media, and consulting - I have established a consistent track record of excellence in defining and driving the human capital agenda, and created competitive advantage through workforce planning, organization design (including acquisition and divestiture activity), talent management and development, change management, cultural stewardship and executive recruitment.Over the last ten years in particular, my experience has focused primarily upon building and shaping businesses. In more than 4 years as the global head of Human Resources for S&P Capital IQ, I conceived and implemented detailed plans to integrate the workflows and workforces of four historically separate business lines within Standard&Poor's; re-designed incentive structures; and rallied the executive leadership team around a new organizational culture that reflected the "best" elements of each legacy component. Prior to this, at J.D. Power & Associates, I was an integral part of the first executive team post-acquisition, and introduced a level of discipline, consistency and sophistication to an historically family-held company, around talent development, talent acquisition and total rewards.Throughout, I have honed my ability to tackle tough issues head-on, shape evolving "employee value propositions" for different populations in real time, and enable leaders at all levels to be both "courageous and persistent" as we manage change.
