This part-time seasonal position is from May 15th through October 15th and requires availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Good communication skills and friendly customer service are required. We offer flexible scheduling, promote continuing education/training, and provide mentors in a fun, friendly work environment.

Requirements
Essential duties and responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Provide high quality on-water safety and navigational training to FBC and MBA customers.
Identify and monitor FBC and MBA client training needs. Design, plan, and implement training programs, policies, and procedures to fulfill those needs.
Ensure the training offered always meets or exceeds customer satisfaction.
Greet customers in a friendly, upbeat, courteous, and professional manner.
Must be able to maintain a calm, positive attitude and always ensure high quality, impeccable customer service standards are met.
Must familiarize self with local waters to provide key local knowledge tips and basic chart guidance.
Consistently monitor weather to ensure it is conducive for training.
Ensure the FBC & MBA boat is meticulously clean and customer ready. Communicate any repair needs to the Yarmouth Boat Yard service team.
Request supplies for the FBC and MBA boat as needed.
Conduct end of season year in review. Identify areas for improvement.
Ensure MBA training materials, courses and programs are current, accurate, and effective.

US Coast Guard Captain's License: Minimum requirement of Operator of Uninspected Passenger Vessel (OUPV).

Must love working around the water and have extensive experience operating small, outboard-powered vessels (21-25 ft) similar to our MBA training boat, a 24' Sea Fox 249 Avenger.

Must be a self-starter and capable of working unsupervised.
Must be organized, high attention to detail, and adhere to all safety policies.

**Main Responsibilities**
+ Safely operate the aircraft, determine departure times and routes, and/or cancel flights based on weather or other conditions
+ Ensure that the flight is conducted in complete compliance with all federal, local, and company regulations and policies and procedures
+ Institute all necessary changes as required by en route conditions such that the flight may continue under appropriate company policies, procedures and rules

+ Analyze area, enroute and terminal charts for the airport of intended landing and alternates

+ Complete and send the End of DAY {EOD) report to ops control upon completion of each flight day
