Job Description Senior Job Captain As senior job captain, you will lead one or more production teams from schematic design through construction administration. The ideal candidate will be experienced, organized and a strong leader. You will be responsible for creating, developing and maintaining Revit models from schematic design through construction documents and construction administration. The senior job captain directs internal staff members, working closely with the designers and project managers to bring the project vision to a reality. Independently perform all construction phase services, including: attending all site meetings as required by scope of services, review and respond to RFIs, review submittals and maintain CA logs. This role requires diligent oversight of all security functions, ensuring compliance with award requirements and maintaining high standards of service quality. Train, schedule, and supervise security guards. Oversee all aspects of the security functions on-site are performed in a diligent manner; staffing, scheduling, and on-site training of personnel assigned to his/her command. Ensure the award-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met before assignment to a post. Ensure quality of service and award compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel assigned to his/her site.
