The Project Architect / Job Captain will collaborate with Project Managers and technical staff to ensure timely, code-compliant, and high-quality project delivery.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and supervise design development and construction drawings to ensure quality and compliance with applicable codes and standards.
Coordinate directly with engineering and interior design teams, providing guidance and oversight on calculations, equipment selections, drawings, and code research.
Serve as a mentor and team leader for junior staff and technical drafters, managing workflows, schedules, and drawing production.
Utilize Revit and AutoCAD software to produce schematic designs, layout diagrams, and construction documents.
Review and manage project contract terms and ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Perform construction administration services in accordance with contract agreements.
Lead the design/analysis function with strong attention to detail and collaborative coordination across disciplines.
Qualifications:
Licensed Architect with a minimum of 5 years of professional architectural experience.
At least 2 years at the Project Architect level.
Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on experience with Revit.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project) and Bluebeam.
In-depth understanding of building systems, methods of construction, and the building envelope.
Experience coordinating with multiple disciplines including MEP and interior design.

Work Environment
As a Fighter Pilot, missions and assignments can be anywhere around the globe. This includes working from carrier battle groups, or other sea-based platforms, and at Naval Air Stations or other locations on shore.
Training & Advancement
Those entering aviation programs must first attend Officer Candidate School (OCS) in Newport, RI, and then complete a six-week air indoctrination course at Naval Aviation Schools Command, in Pensacola, FL. From there, prospective Fighter Pilots attend primary flight training.
Candidates then request an aircraft pipeline and enter the intermediate phase of flight training, which builds upon basic flight and navigation training. The final phase is advanced naval flight training, focusing on mission specifics. After completion, prospective Fighter Pilots are awarded their "wings of gold" and report to their respective Fleet Replacement Squadrons (FRSs) for further training specific to their aircraft.
Promotion opportunities are regularly available but competitive and based on performance.

Specialized training received and work experience gained in the course of service can lead to valuable credentialing and occupational opportunities in related fields in the civilian sector.

Job Summary
Summary: Coordinates catering staff schedules to ensure all functions are delivered, served and cleared in a timely fashion. Prepares and serves food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the Catering Director. May drive a truck to deliver food and beverages to catered functions.

Work Environment
As a Fighter Pilot, missions and assignments can be anywhere around the globe. This includes working from carrier battle groups, or other sea-based platforms, and at Naval Air Stations or other locations on shore.
Training & Advancement
Those entering aviation programs must first attend Officer Candidate School (OCS) in Newport, RI, and then complete a six-week air indoctrination course at Naval Aviation Schools Command, in Pensacola, FL. From there, prospective Fighter Pilots attend primary flight training.
Candidates then request an aircraft pipeline and enter the intermediate phase of flight training, which builds upon basic flight and navigation training. The final phase is advanced naval flight training, focusing on mission specifics. After completion, prospective Fighter Pilots are awarded their "wings of gold" and report to their respective Fleet Replacement Squadrons (FRSs) for further training specific to their aircraft.
Promotion opportunities are regularly available but competitive and based on performance.

Specialized training received and work experience gained in the course of service can lead to valuable credentialing and occupational opportunities in related fields in the civilian sector.
