Qualifications Experience: Minimum of two years in a supervisory role within a hotel, catering, or event environment. Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership abilities. Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure all aspects of the event meet client expectations. Adaptability: Ability to remain composed and effective under pressure, adapting to the dynamic nature of events.
