Qualifications
Five (5) years at sea as Master on tugboats, tankers or oil barges or equivalent military experience
Four year college education in Maritime or related studies or equivalent experience preferred.
Valid US Coast Guard Master's license on offshore towboats 200T Minimum/Master of Towing Endorsement required.
ATB Operational experience strongly preferred.
500T Minimum Master of Towing preferred.
Extensive knowledge of the tugboat and oil transportation industry.
Must be thoroughly familiar with tank barge, ship and terminal/refinery operations.
Knowledge of tug and barge maintenance systems and equipment.
Complete a 24 hour HAZWOPER (including Incident Command System) training within 6 months of being hired.
First Aid/CPR training.
STCW Certification.
Valid State Driver's license.
Ability to get along with office staff and vessel crew members.
Maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive communications.
Able and willing to travel to the out ports.
Ability to work with others using courtesy, tact, and good judgment.
Ability to understand and execute complex oral and written instructions.

Description of Duties:
Master of a tug or towing vessel.
Vessel Security Officer (VSO) in charge of implementing and maintaining the AWO Alternative Security Program.
Responsible to safely and efficiently operate and manage (performance of crew, vessel, and tow).
Serve as Officer in Charge of the Navigation Watch.
Assess and maintain vessel seaworthiness.
Ensure the availability and serviceability of required lifesaving equipment.
Verify the serviceability of all installed fire detection and firefighting systems and equipment.

Prepare periodic performance evaluations for subordinates.

OPENING and SERVICE
AM: Complete front of house and walk-in On-Hand count. Give to the manager who will prepare AM Prep Lists based on these counts. Use these counts to fill-in the need column on the Line Setup
Checklist Meet with line-setup TM to set expectations and review Line Setup checklist
Verify that Catering for the day has been properly set up the night before with paper goods, sauces, beverages, brownies, and that all pars for prep and chicken have been adjusted to execute
Oversee morning prep, ensure that all recipes are being properly followed and pars are being fulfilled
Temp logs : Oversee successful completion throughout the day
Complete and oversee kitchen cleaning after all prep sessions including equipment.
Check-in all deliveries and label all boxes with delivery date. Communicate any discrepancies to the MOD
Be prepared daily with pen, sharpie, and digital thermometer as part of your uniform
MID-TRANSITION
Ensure that walk-in is properly organized, including but not limited to, proper labeling and storage/shelf life of all products
Conduct end of lunch On Hand counts to determine what if anything needs to be prepped for dinner and communicate to the team
Ensure that recipe book is clean and organized
PM/CLOSING
Ensure that all orders are completed in a timely manner
Ensure that all proper portioning is being followed and provide consistent training and coaching to the team
Assist with guest issues providing the highest level of hospitality
Assist and oversee the nightly delivery platforms, ensuring that all orders are captured in the POS and if needed, manually entered
Oversee the online delivery platforms, ensuring that drivers take the correct orders
Review deployment of the team and ensure the team is set up for success for the front
Set line deployment for the day based on TM strengths/weaknesses and the needs of the business
Constantly communicate ticket times to the team during peak business. Motivate to push harder when necessary

Primary residence within a 2 hour drive from KTEB or willing to relocate.
Additional Information Solairus collects salary range information based on market conditions from multiple industry sources. Solairus crewmembers are paid $50,000 to $500,000 based on geographic area, experience, equipment type/aircraft, job duties, training, and the assigned account.

Your Role
Work with a team of architects in bringing design dreams to life as a Gensler Job Captain. Produce technical documentation and communicate project progress with the lead architect and other team members to ensure our projects exceed client expectations.
What You Will Do
* Participate in all project phases, including conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents and production
* Partner with Project Architect to produce accurate technical and contract documentation for construction of project
* Provide project team coordination for incorporating design intent into the construction documentation
* Participate in construction administration, evaluate bids, conduct site visits, address technical issues, and maintain quality control during construction
* Work with consultants, contractors, fabricators, specification writers, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives
* Utilize hand and 3D software renderings to communicate design concepts
Your Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited program
* 2-4 years of professional experience
* Knowledge of building codes, zoning, jurisdictional processes, building materials, specifications, and construction techniques
* Experience in construction document preparation and field observation
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
* Proficiency in 2D/3D software, such as Revit, Rhino, Octane, 3dViz, 3d Studio MAX

The base salary range will be estimated between $75,000 - $86,000 plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.
