RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for deploying resources to ensure that the design process flows smoothly, acting as the primary liaison between the team and the client to bring the design, schedule, budget and scope of work to completion.
Concurrently implement and manage the design of several small to mid-size projects.
Prepares and ensures accuracy of technical documents.
Accurately estimates hours, scope of work and prepares project-based work authorizations for review with Project Architect.
Collaborate and consultative in approach, working effectively with internal and external resources.
Has a complete understanding of sequencing and coordination of healthcare project-related MEP and structural engineering as well as all vendor contracts.
Understands the lease transaction process and SAA's role in the process. Current working relationships within the local Healthcare Real Estate community.
Has the capability to space plan a medical office with consideration of patient, provider, and material flow in front of a client up to 3,000 SF.
Facilitates firm and project goals of excellent customer service, design, & execution with respect & integrity.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
CLA Lead Captains should have the minimum experience required to safely operate the assigned aircraft in compliance with the company Operational Specifications, General Operations Manual, and Flight Operations Manual while meeting account management requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
* Applicable FAA Part 91 and/or FAA Part 135 requirements for aircraft type assigned.
* Must remain current with flight requirements - ATP certificate required.
* First Class Medical Required.
