What You Will Do * Produce accurate technical and contract documentation for construction of projects * Provide project team coordination for incorporating design intent into construction documentation * Participate in construction administration, evaluate bids, conduct site visits, address technical issues and maintain quality control during construction * Work with consultants, contractors, fabricators, specification writers and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives * Utilize hand and 3D software renderings to communicate design concepts Your Qualifications * 8+ years of related professional experience * Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field * Experience in adaptive re-use projects (renovations of existing buildings versus new ground-up construction) is a plus * Knowledge of building codes, zoning, jurisdictional processes, building materials, specifications and construction techniques * Knowledge of sustainable design strategies and experience on net zero projects is a plus * Experience in construction document preparation and field observation * Strong leadership, organizational, verbal and written communication, and relationship management skills * Strong Revit skills (Level 4 or 5) required; and experience in AutoCad, Adobe CS, SketchUp, and other 3D modeling software a plus * On the path to licensure preferred Applications will not be considered without uploaded resume and portfolio in PDF format. The base salary will be estimated between $90,000 - $110,000 plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.
