Essential Physical Abilities: Able to ascend/descend ladders to perform tasks such as lighting repair, painting, etc. Able to safely effectively use hand and power tools such as drills, hammers, wrenches, screwdrivers, saws. Able to grasp, bend, stoop, push or pull heavy loads, and transport or otherwise move materials weighing up to 75 lbs. Able to push or pull wheeled carts weighing up to 100 lbs. Able to move continuously during the shift throughout the workspace to perform essential job functions. Able to move throughout the hotel, ascend and descend stairs, open and close doors. Able to perform tasks such as reaching and grasping items that are low to the ground, or above the head.
