About You 3+ years of relevant knowledge and skills from an accredited undergraduate institution or equivalent experience in the sports, camp, or education field. (majors in education, communications, athletic training, sports management viewed favorably) Strong customer experience skills and enjoy working with children and families, with experience in athletics, camp, or educational settings being a plus. Excellent communication skills to effectively manage relationships with campers, families, and team members. The Meadowlands Area YMCA is a rapidly growing and progressive association that is looking for individuals who can positively contribute to our summer camp team.
