A day in the life…
You'll be responsible for:
Owning phone-first outbound outreach for 2-3 Apollo Labs client campaigns
Booking at least 13 qualified meetings per client/month with 70%+ hold rate
Making ~210 dials per day using Apollo's Parallel Dialer

Qualifications, Credentials, and Competencies
Some college experience and customer service/sales experience is required and a bachelor's degree and previous experience in a contact center is preferred. Ability to work first/second shifts, rotating Saturdays, and occasional overtime. Ability to utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to respond to emails and phone calls within 24 hours and demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace. Ability to reason, analyze information and identify potential issues and to apply sound judgment in order to find solutions to solve problems which may be routine or complex in nature. Regularly required to stand, walk, and climb stairs to move about the building and lift 10 pounds or less. This position requires a reliable internet connection with specific speed and stability requirements. Please note that satellite-based internet providers such as Starlink are not compatible with the needs of this role. We recommend using a wired broadband connection to ensure optimal performance and meet the technical requirements for the position. After the initial 8-10 weeks of training, the 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM shift would be required.
