Pros of working at Caleres

Quitting. This business learned just how lean they can run their operations and figured it was cheaper to burn 75% of their hires out and train more than to have reasonable workoads and provide a job that doesn't grind down desperate people.

Cons of working at Caleres

Being hired to do a job (take care of customers) for a business that treats them like any other disposable commodity.

Caleres Benefits

There were benefits, but the noncompetitive wage and work hours made using them all but impossible. I effectively kicked in for the managements health insurance for a few months.
