You must have knowledge of and experience in the installation of high end products. Every project is different! Use project specifications, drawings and Axiom methods and procedures to get it done!

Our Installers have a keen ability for problem-solving and work with a variety of materials from wood to metal to plastic. They are committed to learning all aspects of our processes. Feeling comfortable and confident is critical, especially onsite. But, with custom products, always come questions - you have to be willing to ask questions.

Some other things you should be comfortable doing include helping to ensure project progress, and if you're highly experienced, training or mentoring fellow installers in the field.

Sometimes installs are local, sometimes folks travel. Length of install varies, but we don't have anyone away from home for a month or more. We'll discuss in the interview. When there is downtime from installs, the Installer must be capable and interested in working on production related work such as fabrication in the shop and preparing for upcoming installs.

Commitment and prompt & open communication are of the utmost importance in this role.

This is a full time, long-term position with the ability to grow with the company. Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Arrive to jobsite on time in logo’d shirt and appropriate work clothing.
  • Follow instructions given by project manager
  • Follow Trustpoints on every job
  • Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily
  • Communicate with project manager daily about progress
  • Work quickly and efficiently

Skills:
  • Stellar work ethic
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions without deviating
  • Able to drill for hinges
  • Able to install doors and drawer fronts
  • Able to install roll-out trays in cabinets
  • Ability to safely operate power hand tools including powered nail gun and power hand saw.
