Manage the integrity of company purchases by verifying and maintaining all required purchasing documents (contracts, vendor setup, pricing, payment terms, etc.).
Accounting - 40%
Resolve all invoice exceptions. Work directly with suppliers to review and resolve invoice discrepancies for a portfolio with a total spend of $1B.
Ensure all credit notes and rebates are secured and posted.
Identify suppliers with repeated exceptions, determine the root cause, and implement solutions to reduce the number of exceptions.
Processes - 20%
Maintain a high level of accuracy in all processes managed for audit purposes.
Minimum Qualifications and Education Required
Experience

Position Summary

Material Resource Planning
* On a regular basis, review the Materials Resource Plan (MRP) output and align material requirements.
* Upon finalizing the requirements convert/consolidate planned requisitions to Purchase orders; update existing POs and planned requisitions as new information becomes available.
* Daily, analyze, approve and communicate orders to the suppliers. This will include new orders and/or changes to previous releases. Initiates follow up on orders placed; expedite deliveries.
* Collaborate with Endo Logistics team on international shipments to ensure information and documents are aligned and in compliance with import procedures.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and issue purchase orders for non-inventory items or items not included in the ERP system.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Part time Youth Surveyors are responsible for attempting to purchase tobacco products in outlets throughout Philadelphia while under the supervision of an Adult Surveyor/Supervisor. You will be expected to attend all HPC Youth Access trainings, and you must have a flexible schedule, availability will include after school, on weekends and holidays. Academics must be your priority.
SKILLS:
Comfort in entering a variety of stores, gas stations, restaurants, and other tobacco selling locations throughout Philadelphia County. You must be committed to tobacco control and good health practices, including a thorough understanding of the goals and this mission of this project.
EXPERIENCE:
Must be 15-16 years of age at the time of applying.17 if you have at least 6 months or more before turning 18 and working toward a high school diploma.
Must be tobacco free.
Must be responsible and follow all program policies.

Position Summary
AirJoule is seeking a highly motivated and detail-focused Sourcing Specialist to join our Supply Chain team and help establish and maintain the sourcing process. The Sourcing Specialist role will help us identify and evaluate suppliers for critical materials for our organization, supporting cost reduction efforts. This is a critical role in the company and enables the growth of our business on a global scale.

Education and Experience Requirements
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a sourcing or procurement role.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Experience with global sourcing and international suppliers.
Familiarity with supply chain risk management.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work as part of a team
Proficiency with Microsoft office.
